Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods within the specified time frame, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate deliveries, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is displayed on the checkout page as delivery times vary based on region and weight.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or holiday seasons, may impact delivery times.

Important Notes:

  • We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes, delays, or additional fees incurred (e.g., customs or backend charges). Refunds will not be issued for these circumstances.

  • If a courier fails to deliver the order and tracking confirms it was not completed, we will resolve the issue with a reshipment.

Address Accuracy:

  • Ensure the shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

  • If you realize an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@rivaraa.com. While we cannot provide a full refund, we can arrange a reshipment at your expense.


Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date. To initiate a return, contact us at support@rivaraa.com.

Key Points:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable as they are collected directly by shipping couriers.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All original items included with your purchase must be returned.

  • If you have opened multiple packages of the same product, we cannot honor the 30-day return policy.

  • Provide a valid tracking number for your return. Refunds will be processed after product inspection and issued via the original payment method.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Out of Stock Policy

In the event of a product being out of stock, our customer support team will contact you for an exchange. If no response is received within 14 days of the email, the order will be considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives with manufacturing defects, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Please email support@rivaraa.com with photographic evidence of the defect. If deemed valid, Rivaraa Store will cover any related costs.

Note: Requests for item reimbursement will not be accepted after 30 days from the order date.
